Once we open up spiritually, we tend to meet / connect with other like-minded souls...a combination of your soul's intentions and the Universe's doing.
Some have really profound experiences. Many people, when they first exprience such communciation tend to question whether it is their imagination. Rest assured your conversations were not your imagination. What is important though is that you ask these angels if they are from the divine realm, and get them to confirm their names. All this you can do by sitting in silence and tuning inward. I have listed some other questions you can put to them, or your guides, to see what comes up. I have also included a couple of other tips to make it easy for angels to enter your space( as posted).
You actually don't really need any special meditation to communciate with your angels. You can call on them any time for help and guidance and even protection. But always remember you have to ask them to help with whatever it is you want help with, otherwise they won't, for they do not believe in interfering. Please also note, angels cannot solve your problems or help erase any lessons you need to learn - all they are allowed to do is provide protection, guidance, send assistance where needed, etc...and help ease your burden to an extent.
Also, the more you acknowledge their assistance and guidance, the more of it you will experience - and it is not always in the form of a voice, as I'm sure you are aware of by now.
Diana Cooper, whom I mentioned in my last email to you, has a website www.dianacooper.com She works a lot with angels, so you may find more useful insights there. If you can, tune into her video interviews on the site..i.e. Heaven and Earth; Late Late Show; Paul Grady Show. Just for your information, Yoga2Health (where you visited for your session with me) sometimes organises angel workshops. You can always check with Van (who owns and runs the place) for more details. And if within your budget, you may want to consider attending it. I know they held one recently, which was quite powerful.
